He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. And actually recommended that we start with the gutter (which I can do myself) and then monitor the area next rainy season and see if that fixes the problem. No pressure to hire them or spend big $$, just good advice. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended- this is real service!"

"Excellent job. Pak, the painter, arrived on time and began setting up cloths, etc. for painting. There was a lot of holes to fill and some major patch work in certain locations on the walls. Prep took most of the day and the walls were ready to be painted. Painting took a couple more hours and it looks great. Pak could have stopped at 4 or 5pm but finished at 6:30p because he knew the floors were being installed tomorrow. I think he did a fantastic job and the result, great looking kitchen!"

Adam has an engineering background himself and also works with a structural engineer. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to home improvement. He tries to picture how you will actually live in your house and make the renovations work to help achieve the potential of your home for your purposes. "Will and his team at CXC did a great job replacing a failing stem wall perimeter foundation on my 1920s mid-city home. I bid the project out to six different contractors. His bid came in close to most and it became quickly apparent that his crew would delivery the highest quality and integrity to the job. His ability to accommodate my scheduling needs, the crew's many years of experience and overall professionalism, and the quick communication from the office administration all resulted in a great experience. A big shout out to WILL (Owner), CELSO (Foreman), and ROSANNA (Administration). Word of advice, get multiple bids and always verify general commercial liability insurance and that it covers the type of work that is going to be done. CXC's was easily verified...others were not and in some instance foundation repair was not even underwritten into their policies. CXC is BBB accredited, many others are not. I would not hesitate to work with Will and CXC again on my future projects."
