Very professional and made sure to walk me through the WiFi setup and all systems working before leaving. Nice compact outside unit bolted down on a cement pad. "I called them out for a basic service call $49 just to prepare for winter. I?m a 72 year-old woman that lives in an 800 square-foot home. Two guys came to my house and basically told me my air-conditioning was a piece of junk that the whole thing needed to be repaired or I would be sorry when winner arrived. Well, I?ll tell you when I bought the house. I knew that the air conditioning and furnace would need to be repaired or replaced, but I?m not paying almost $20,000 for air conditioner and 800 square-foot home.
