"These floors are beautiful worth every penny and installers did great job"

"The installation of my hardwood floors could not have gone any better. True professionals and beautiful results. Very highly recommended!"

"He installed luxury vinyl planking in my whole home and it looks amazing. They did so much great work I referred my mother to them and my friend and they love the word done as well! I highly recommend him. He is meticulous with his detail and I would recommend him to anyone."

"am.JP and his crew arrived on Friday the 21st of Aug. in the am as arranged. I had hemmed and hawed over having this work done and had contacted many companies as well as the big store instillation departments. Carol Services removed old carpet, patched sub flooring and installed waterproof vinyl tile through out my home. This work was done with no interruption by a crew of helpful, hardworking friendly people who were in and out with no muss or fuss. I waited a week to review but to tell the truth, I was thrilled from the first moment I opened the door and saw the finished work and the cleanliness of the site left behind. They moved all large pieces as well for an agreed upon price. I love the end results, I love the quality of the flooring and the care that they gave my home. I would recommend this company to anyone for any reason. Thank you JP"

"Small issue...due to size shower back wall needed seam Was not installed as agreed with sales. Think a resolution can be agreed. Otherwise, heat job in one day!!?"

"Tom looked at the room to be tiled and in addition to taking measurements he made several suggestions for a top quality job. The estimator from the big box store only took the measurements. The price for the tile laying with the improvements was reasonable. It looks great. I give Tom and his"Footprints" crew a 5 star rating. Gerald Jacobs, Eustis, FL"

"Kyle was very efficient and professional. He installed a glass title backsplash in my kitchen which is beautiful. His prices are very reasonable, he cleaned up every day and showed up everyday as promised. Kyle does very good work and it show in his workmanship. I would have no problem recommending him."

"If there were six stars to choose from, that would be the rating I would give for the service provided. They were efficient, on time, and had a very professional and friendly personality, doing an amazing job repairing my ceiling. I will be using them for future handyman projects!"

"We needed flooring completed before we moved into our house. This was a very short window of time. Tikal flooring did an amazing job. We were short on flooring and needed to order more, Tikal flooring finished the job as soon as the flooring was delivered. We couldn’t be happier with the end result."

"My home is in Melbourne. The salesperson was great but when it came to installation the communication was poor. My appointment was confirmed multiple times. Waited all day for them to to arrive. When I called they said the installer would call me. By 3 pm, when I called again, on hold 10 minutes, then told there was a note on my file that the floor hadn't come in. I was furious! I guess I should have cancelled. I hired Empire because I was told they had their own installers and did not contract out. They sent only 1 person. Good thing we cleared the bedroom of all furniture before he arrived. He was a lovely young man but could barely speak English. When I had to tell him that one of the floor tiles was defective we needed a translator. Also, and this is just my opinion since I installed my own floor in another room years ago, I don't think he was very experienced. Cuts on the quarter round should be put in places with low visibility. Caulking wasn't very good either. The bottom line is that the vinyl floor looks great and we love it. I painted the baseboard and cleaned up some of the caulking as I went along. As I said before, the installer was very lovely and changed out anything we objected to. I just think he should have had a partner and had more experience. Note: I called the salesman about the poor communication and being stood up. He was very apologetic and offered to send us a bottle of wine. We declined because it wasn't his fault. Hope this review was helpful. Proceed with caution."
