"Fantastic!   Randy Mason is an incredibly detailed-oriented and work-caring professional who obviously loves his work and want to do it perfect.  Since this swim system is not very known Robert Pruitt, Atlantis Water Services owner, stayed with him so both men made sure they were doing it right.  It took them 2 hours just to remove cautiously the Baldor 7.5HP motor, making sure the pump blades under and the 10" piping would be OK and protecting the opening while the motor was sent out for repair.

They worked so well that I already told Robert I want him to come maintain my pump twice a year to check it out.  I would not trust that Riverflow pump system in any other hands than Atlantis.

He gave me a very fair price quote over the phone and we set an appointment for the following week. He sent me a text confirmation and said he would send a confirming text the night before the appointment which he did. He showed up at the designated time and did a great job. He completed everything in a professional manner and took great care to not make a mess anywhere or damage anything.
