The crew worked quickly and precise, made sure they had good cover protection on the house. Everything was cleaned up very well and dumpster was removed first thing the next day. "Overall the projects went well and we are pleased with how things look and seem to be functioning. As can happen in life there was some miscommunication, specifically regarding the gutters, but Montell Construction was great at working through that with us which speaks highly of them, I think. Our only criticism would be about cleanliness. The rooms that had access to the attic had a solid film of insulation over everything after that was installed and took some time to clean. We ended up cleaning a lot of roof debris that fell through a vent in our kitchen multiple time even after we made the crew aware of what was happening. We also spent an evening cleaning up our yard of roof debris about a week after the project. Granted most of it was smaller stuff but it was still somewhat disappointing. So criticism aside, every person I interacted with was very friendly and professional. They were extremely accommodating to our schedules when it came to meetings and were always available for communication. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of things we had done. We are pleased with quality of the product used for the roof, research suggested it was good stuff. The house and garage look very nice. I would recommended them and would use them again.

"Ron Rose Hickory Ridge Rd I just had my house roofed by OnTo roofing - Aaron is owner & Greg is salesman 248-672-1314 - and they did a fantastic job at a great price on a very steep Ix roof. I called them for repair work, but they gave me such a great price on a new roof that I now have a new roof They were half the price of another quote that I was given by another roofing Co. And the price included tearing off old roof, replacing all the plywood that was damp (I needed 4 sheets of plywood), and caulking. Workmanship has a 20 yr warranty and shingles are Owens Corning and warranty is for 50 yrs. The crew was at my house at 7am, finished at 7:30 in the dark and picked up all debris. Aaron, the Owner, called me the next day to see if any problems and came the next day to inspect the roof himself. He sent two of his crew back the following day to do some more minor caulking and to wash off a few spots on my vinyl siding that happened when they tore off off roof (by the way, they laid down cloth all around my house to protect yard, deck, patio, driveway, etc) This Company was a delight to work with and clearly customer satisfaction is a must to them I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! Pls give the a call, you will not be disappointed"

"Besides the Gutter Install and Microscreen on Gutters, we had a metal roof installed on our house and garage. Also we recently had snow fences installed on our house roof too, along with the hookup for a heated gutter on the back of our house. The Salesmen and Installers were courteous, and they did a goo job, as far as we can tell. Yes, we would recommend this company to any of our friends or neighbors that would need their services."

"I paid $99 for a roofing inspection and maintenance plan. He did come out and inspect the roof but he did not do any maintenance. He indicated repairs were needed and provided a quote. So, I felt like I paid for a quote which most companies will do for free. The quote for repairs was significant. I questioned if it would be better to replace the roof and asked for a quote for that and he never got back to me.
