After doing the inspection of the roof, Justin and his team gave me detailed analysis of what was going on and what my options were. While the best option would be to replace the whole roof. Justin and his team were honest about the cost and offered to fix the issue first and see if held up. If it worked I could save some money. So they went ahead and fixed the roof. And voila had no issues after that. They were able to resolve the issue at a fraction of the cost for me. Highly recommend, straight forward and honest."

He arrived on time and introduced himself and we discussed the problem. He checked the skylight and told me the seal was broken and rotted beyond repair. He gave me a price quote to replace the skylight and a time when he thought it would be ready to install. We agreed to a time and caulked around the damaged seal to stop the wind leak until he returned with the new one.
