He was very thorough and thoughtful in the way he explained and pointed out faults of the property. For a small extra fee, he also documented all his findings with a digital camera and conveniently provided the report, fully documented with pictures and explanations of what he covered. He offers to email the actual inspection report in PDF format and mails a copy of the report on CD with the pictures he took. (A lifesaver when you're buried in actual paper paperwork!)."
