"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first. <br /> Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future. <br />"

"Arrived on time and had the old laminate counter tops out without a hitch. I already had the backsplash done and was concerned that some tiles would be destroyed, but they did a good job. Put the new quartz tops in and they look fantastic. We had a bit of discussion regarding the caulking, but it was resolved and they did a much better job (actually it was really, really good) than I could have ever done. The range of caulk colors they have is limited, and actually they said they don't usually caulk between the counter top and backsplash is because the back splash is usually not in, but they were gracious enough to caulk for me. <br /> They cleaned up the area very well. <br /> I have a large area and was concerned about the seams....they are barely noticeable. <br /> All in all, I was very pleased with everything they did. <br />"

"The granite work was good and install went pretty smooth except for the plumbing fixtures. The faucet drains needed to have the strainers rather than the pull stoppers because the pull stoppers were not long enough and they came apart. Josh replaced all of them at a minimal cost to us and didn't charge us labor to reinstall them. Once that was taken care of, we were satisfied with everything. Josh was very responsive to the changes that needed to take place to make sure we were a satisfied customer. His price was about 10% less than the other bids we received and he was great to work with. We would definitely use him again."

"Denise heped me pick out the colors to match what my living room carpet and furniture, and also assisted in getting the correct measurements. They used "scraps" (i.e. anything they had that was less than a full slab) as that made the per-square-foot price much lower than if a new slab was used. Note: a scrap was large enough to make a 4' diameter round table, as well as a 12' x 4' coffee table and a 2' x 2' end table, and another scrap of a different granite made a 2' x 4' special purpose table top. <br /> The work was top quality. Edges were perfect, size was exact, and all were polished flawlessly. All were delivered and installed by courteous workers, when promised. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them without question. <br />"

"<p><br /></p> I selected this vendor based on Angie's List feedback, and everything went as great as the previous posts related. Low cost, and good quality work. Be sure to check the details attached to the contract to ensure that all custom cuts and specifications are indicated on the attached diagram before signing. The only disappointment we experienced was that, as is the nature of granite, our counter top contained a crystal strip that was of a slightly different color in a rather obvious place. It only became apparent after installation and polishing. I don't know if L&L could have caught this in their process, however, my advice to the reader is to check the pieces closely after delivery but before they are fixed in place. <br />"

"The job went very well from the initial visit to obtain an estimate through final work. Every appointment was handled on time and in a professional manner. Dillon, Andrew, and Cole handled the work in a manner that demonstrated they have pride in their final product. The floor cleaning and grout seal gave the grout a uniform color throughout the house. The travertine had numerous small holes and a few larger ones due to 16 years of wear. The actual number of holes exceeded the contract amount, but they filled all of them with no extra charge. They filled each hole with care to match the grout & travertine color. The polishing step gave the travertine a fresh new luster. When the job was finished, all the floors looked terrific the same as when originally installed in this custom built house in 2001."
