They come out weekly during the season, test the water, add chemicals when needed, clean the skimmers and vacuum any debris that my pool sweep has missed. When needed, they backwash my DE filter system. They do a very good job cleaning the pool, and maintaining the water quality, and Cory is very knowledgeable when it comes to system repairs. In the winter, I leave the pool open, and Spartan works with me to partially winterize the more problematic parts of the system and either suspend the weekly service or drop back to once or twice a month, as requested.
