My contractor walked away in the middle of the job and didn’t finish the stuff that he was supposed to do like the gutters on the new addition. He had done the gutters on the other side and hadn’t even completed them. So, I had Emerald come out. They matched up the gutters. They were very quick about it and it was a perfect match. There was no leaking or mess. It was surprising that the cost was less by half and it was half as much for more gutters than what I paid on the house. Everything they did was perfect. While they were here, my neighbor walked over and saw the job that they were doing and asked for an estimate. They went over and gave an estimate. We had yard signs on our yard for a while. They were super clean. They pulled the stuff out of the back of a truck on a roll and it was done right there on the driveway. There wasn’t a speck of metal or anything. "Prior to this installation we had some non-functioning gutters, and some areas where there were no gutters. We were getting water into the house when it rained hard due to these problems. We called Capital District Seamless Gutters and was called back quickly by Christopher Bracken, the owner/operator who came over exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous from beginning to end making it a pleasure to do business with him. He explained in detail what they were going to do and how much it would cost. When we agreed upon an installation date, they showed up exactly on time and continued to work even though it began and continued to rain heavily. They were extremely professional and courteous at all times, even under less than ideal weather conditions. They had to come back to install the guards, and here too, showed up exactly on time and did a swift and professional installation. With recent heavy rains, we did not have any water seepage problems. It was such a relief to see the water running away from the house, as promised. "Called Robert Russo for estimate. He came immediately gave estimate. I had already had another estimate for much higher for the same work so I choose Robert and signed contract for him to do the work. I gave Robert a cash down payment and he gave me a reasonable date for the work to be done. Robert ordered the materials and they were delivered just like he said . <br /> I called to check and make sure we were on schedule for the day the work was to begin. Robert answered his phone and told me yes we were on track and work was ready to begin. Had some really bad rain which post-poned work in the middle of it for one day but he came on saturday to finish instead of waiting til monday to finish job.cleaned up all the yard and work area very nice. I have young children but no problem all was cleaned up like it was before the roof was done. <br /> Robert was relaible and very easy to work with.
