"The owner of this company, Hunter Sinclair, came to evaluate the problem we were having with our 23 year old gas fireplace. He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Sinclair’s dedication to finding a solution to the problem and his consistent follow up on his progress. I highly recommend this company!"

"Very disapointed in this service. I was overcharged. First quote was $99.00 for an inspection and cleaning. I received no inspection because they never went on top of the roof. I asked if he cleaned to the chimney he said he did. He cleaned it by running a brush from the inside. I was not sure he did it right because he did used a smaller brush after I gave him the one my husband used to clean the chimney with from the top. I contacted them back to show him a photo my neighbor took and said the chimney cap needs to be replaced. He offered some kind of chimney cleaner for $174.00. I looked it up and that cost was for a large bucket not just a small jar. He came back and offered to put the chimney cap on for $400.00. When I looked it up the cap would of only been $200.00.put the cap on and told me the chimney was not cleaned and had a fire in it So I will be asking for a refund. If this guy is honest he will refund my money because the job was not completed. No inspection No clean "

Wet floors can be very slippery resulting in slips and falls that can cause serious injury or even death. Wet Surface Technologies reduces the likelihood of slips and falls with two distinct treatment procedures depending on the type of flooring. Our first treatment is a liquid modifier which reacts with the minerals in stone based floors such as ceramic, terrazzo, porcelain, marble and concrete to put down a microscopic thread that you cannot see or feel. This is not a coating. When your surface is wet it meets ADA Guidelines for Static Co-efficiency of Friction which is the standard for determining safer floors when wet. This service comes with a two year warranty. Our second treatment is a clear coating with a polycarbonate "grit" that is applied over surfaces such as metal, wood, fiberglass and vinyl or almost any surface. This treatment comes with a one year warranty. After your treatment is complete, we return in six months for a "check up" to insure that our service is performing up to expectations.
