"The recent rainstorm with high winds showed we had water leaks coming into the attic from the plumbing vents in the roof. David Godfrey lists handyman services as well as pressure washing. I contacted him about fixing the leaks in the roof and he came out promptly to repair them. I especially liked the fact that he took pictures showing what the problem was before fixing the leaks. So you knew exactly how he was making repairs. Great job! He also cleaned the roof to get rid of all the debris left from the storm. In addition, I needed to have my hot water lines insulated due to using a recirculating pump to get hot water to the far reaches of the house - over 120 feet from the hot water heater. No problem. David knew what to do and how to do it. It was a very big job. Came out just great! Big improvement in hot water delivery! Wish I'd done it a long time ago. Makes a big difference. <br /> I highly recommend David Godfrey. Will be using him for all my pressure washing/handyman needs in the future. <br />"
