"WOW..I just moved into a home 3 days prior to my sewer line backing up all over my basement (YUK)...Of course, it was a Saturday morning. I looked on HomeAdvisor and called Saviour Septic. Mark (the owner) answered....told me to leave everything where it was and then he drove 2-1/2 hours to get to my house. By Sunday night at 8:00pm...Mark and Sean had cleared the blockage, cleaned & disinfected (YUK again) the area, helped me decide what should be kept or trashed, and then helped me move all of the items to be trashed to a garage to be put in a dumpster at a later date. "Edward Heath is the owner of this business and he is great. I called him out give me a quote on replacing a water line to my house. He spent well over an hour with me and even visited the town water Bureau to investigate the issue. The water Bureau people were rude. Edward took my side and advocated for me and ask them if it was possible that there water stem in the main was leaking rather than my lateral line. They took issue with this. They even threatened me with having to dig it up that very day if it turned out that it was my line and not theirs. Edward is in my corner and I thank him greatly for his efforts. It is very likely that the Water District is at fault but they claimed that it was my responsibility and that if it turned out to be there is that I would have to file a claim. We are talking about five to $10,000 here and again I think Mr. Edward Heath for his efforts. At this point I am unsure of my course of action but I know that Edward is in my corner."
