"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. "I may have expected a bit too much from an online interior desiging service, but was disappointed at the options offered by the provider. The options offered were very limited and scarce. This re-inforced my initial thought that online interior designing is probably not a good idea as it was difficult to assess the colors and textures of items sent by the provider online (pictures). There was also a long lag in communication once the provider had made contact. The only positive gained from this deal was the suggestion of going to recommended shops for tiles - where I eventually found the stuff I was looking for. The whole experience was not worth the time and effort I put in to give the provider information regarding my expectations for my kitchen.
