"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."

"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"At first I had my doubts, but Mohamed proved me wrong. Gentlemen was quite intelligent and very well educated, he actually gave me a lesson on gas-steam furnace, and for the repair, I never knew that the unit was so complicated and had so many issues even though the furnace was less than 3 years old but never serviced since it was installed. He explained each issue and why it occurred. and showed me each problem as he corrected them. Mohamad corrected all the issues and showed me how things work. He explained everything and showed me how to service the furnace my self. The furnace is operating perfectly. I highly recommend this gentleman, he definitely won me over. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

He did not wire the 240 volt line into garage. The track lighting and one outlet do not work. He stated he would come back on 2 different times and never did. He will not return calls or texts. He never put the cover on the outside outlet either."
