"We had a problem with one of our electric circuits where some lights and outlets worked but others did not. They trace the problem to a now defective/miss-wired fan/light switch on the fan/light itself and fixed it. They charged a minimum flat fee of $287 to come to the house and they fixed the problem for that amount since it did not take them too long to find the problem. We were glad that the problem was not in a defective or burnt out wire in the wall which we would have had to replace. They also gave us an estimate for $2800 to replace/upgrade our old electric panel to a 200AMP unit (our electric box is outside the house and exposed to the elements)."

He was very efficient, professional, and personable. The price was quite fair for a skilled tradesman. So do your homework to know what is a fair price for the person you are going to hire.
