There was a 4 to 5 week turnaround time from the consultation and measurements, which I believe is typical, if not a bit shorter than others, for the industry. The only negative comment we have is about the installation. We did not receive a phone call or notice that they were coming to install. My husband returned home one morning to find them working in our back yard. We would have preferred advanced notice. And I received a bill after we had paid in full. But, all in all, we were pleased and would use them for future jobs. <br />"
