"The first time, we were there for the package deal. They said we needed brake work. After the brake work, our rear brakes began squeeking terribly. They also started making a grinding sound, especially on an incline. We had just paid them hundreds of dollars to work on the brakes.
When we took it back in (3 months later) for an oil change, we had them fix the brakes. They did, but it was NOT timely. Our car sat there all day and no one called us. When we called the next day, they said "Oh yeah, it was ready yesterday. Did no one call you?".
We don't feel like their service is worth the drive to West Knoxville for us.

"When I called for information, Tiffany was very helpful and her customer service was excellent.  She had several appointments from which I could chose. I scheduled my appointment for Friday the 13th between 2:30 and 3:00.  The two gentlemen called about 1:30 to let me know they were in Knoxville and would be on their way after going by the office.  They arrived on time and gave me an estimated price of the job.  The price was very fair. The two gentlemen loaded the items I had discarded.  I had heavy items such as washers, dryer, freezer, large heating/air unit, and other items. They were very professional and fast.  The items were loaded and they were ready to leave after about 15 minutes. I was impressed with how fast they worked.  I paid with a credit card and the gentleman emailed me a receipt. I would recommend this service. I give Junk Bee Gone an A.
