They came when they said they would and did the job in in a very short time frame because they have the proper equipment and sufficient skilled workers who work together efficiently and in harmony to produce a beautiful result. The owner Jason is a very nice person, easy to work with, planning for the project and producing the expected final result."

"The work was fine and I really like what they did. The trouble is, he does not answer or return phone calls and if he does, he'll promise anything but doesn't follow through. My suggestion is use them, they're good. But hold some money back and make sure they do what was promised before you pay in full. They promised a year guarantee on the plants and he has not replaced any that died. I'm tired pf this fight and figure I'll just eat the $100+ I lost in plants. Lesson learned."

"Callahan painting did a great job at a fair price. Jim responded quickly after my initial contact and provided a competitive price. He was able to schedule very soon which made me a little nervous as other painters had much longer waits. My apprehension quickly disappeared as Jim and Ronaldo showed up promptly on the day scheduled to start. Jim reviewed all details with Ronaldo, and he started without delay. During this walk through I added two closet ceilings and one corner repair that Jim spotted. (There was a small additional cost for these but reasonable). Ronaldo was very thorough and professional in every aspect of this job. He covered all floors and furnishings including several large plants. We did not find a drop of paint or even the smallest splatter from the roller after the job was completed. Several repairs required multiple mud coats and sanding, but we never noticed any dust. All repairs were very well done. Cracks were cleaned out and secured with screws before mud to prevent future resurfacing and the finish matched so well you could not detect these. Ronaldo worked 9 - 10 hours / day and took very short lunch breaks; cleaned up thoroughly every night before he left and our evening routine was normal (like no painting was in progress). Truly professional, awesome job. Would definitely use Callahan again and highly recommend to all."

"Quite well - installation was mess free!!!! They went in through a soffit and could complete their work with out blowing insulation in from inside (attic access). Whatever was left behind in the house, they cleaned up. House is warmer, furnace is not on every 10 minutes! Ray was helpful and professional as was his crew. Nice job!"

"Mario was very nice sold the job to us . But never returned to see the job. 1st rain- gutters leaked all around the house - wholes in the ground. come out twice to repair. They were e very loyal- owned Franklin Spoke with him several time - said they will make it right. next issue- winter- assured no- ice builder & no iclcles - we shall see. will be calling then again."

"Read reviews on Angies List and called him for the above jobs.  He came out Friday and gave me an estimate which included all parts (I had a new mailbox, but not the post or concrete ) and labor.  Said he would be here between 8-8:30 A. M  on Monday.  He arrived at 8:10 and installed a new fan motor in  my bathroom exhaust fan (saving me $88-the cost of a replacement fan).  Then his helper came and took out the old mailbox & dug the hole and set the post for the new one.  Then they were both on the roof repairing our gutter/downspouts.  They then came inside and removed my bannister railing.  He patched the holes while the other man installed the new mailbox.  They then drilled and positioned the bannister into the actual wall studs, added two new brackets, After the bannister was reattached he went to the store with a sample of the paint and came back and painted the patched holes in the stairwell.  We have a 160 year old house with plaster walls and 11 foot ceilings and repairs are seldom simple. There are 18 steep steps in the stairway so its a long railing.  Bob was great....they were cleaned up and gone by 12:30 or so.  Everything went smooth...they are clean, neat, and know what they are doing.  I would hire him again without hesitation,  In fact I plan to do just that when I have another short list of things to do."
