"Be very careful when purchasing from this company. During our sales appointment, we were told the windows would qualify for the federal energy tax credit. Based on that, we moved forward and spent over $13,000. After installation, when preparing our taxes and reviewing the NFRC specifications, we learned the windows do not qualify. When I contacted customer service, I was told the contract does not guarantee tax credit eligibility ? yet the contract says nothing about tax credit qualification either way. We were never offered an option that would have met the qualifying standard. For a purchase this large, we expected better transparency. We will not use this company again and recommend others verify tax credit eligibility before signing."

I hired Airko to fix issues caused by another company that had re-sided my home in 2020 and would not respond to my pleas for assistance in addressing siding that was not attached, siding sagging, etc. Mark Gilbert worked with me, evaluated the entire house, found all the problems from the prior company, and promised to fix everything for me. And they did. They were professional, timely, punctual, and went above and beyond. The gentleman, Mark, who actual did the repairs, was very detail oriented, and did perfect work. Everyone was patient. Once construction began, we got regular communication about progress. We were frequently asked if we had any questions or concerns. Answers were always timely. Discovery of an unexpected plumbing problem was dealt with quickly and did not delay construction by more than a day or two. It did add to the cost of the project, but it was worth doing for the overall health of the house.
