"There were several design meetings to make the selection and lay out the cuts in the concrete, the colors to be added to the concrete and the stamp to be used.  Time on laying out the area was well spent.  The final design worked very well with the house and integrated into the overall house exterior and landscaping.  The work schedule was followed exacting; they team arrived on the days promised, and worked until the concrete and stamping for the day was completed.  They worked into the evening as needed to cure the concrete properly.  The workers were very professional and a delight to watch as they worked as a excellent team.  The work was completed on time.  They removed all trash from the work area.  We conducted a final walk through to answer any questions or concerns --- of which there were none. <br /> The work was completed on time as promised. <br /> The price per square foot was very competitive.  We were pleasantly surprised about this.  The resulting product is an exciting drive way.  The concrete with the textured stamp and colors looks like very large stone, instead of poured concrete.  As a result the concrete parking area and drive way matche our blue stone walk ways. <br />"

Installed a toilet, drywall work on my rental property, put in a nice Lifeproof laminate plank flooring in the kitchen, including punch out work like painting. Extended my concrete pad in the back of my row house. Good work all around, highly recommend."

"We had a patio installed in our backyard. We met Bill from Sharper Cut at a home improvement show in Upper Marlboro. He was very professional from the beginning and scheduled a follow up meeting for us to come out and meet with him on that day. Before we had the meeting, he came out to the property to take pictures and see the layout. We had previously had a drawing which we sent him ahead of time. When we met with him, he had prepared several different options for a patio, including landscape. He listened intently to what we wanted and implemented it, including the seating wall, pillars and lights. He was very patient, showed the designs, modified them based on our questions and requests, and explained things very clearly. When there was a delay with a stone that we originally chose for the patio, he had us choose another stone to our liking, without making any adjustments to the price. The crew that did the work, showed up timely and were extremely professional. They would have been completed on time but got delayed because of rain storms that soaked the yard. However, as soon as it dried up they came out and finished the project. We are extremely pleased with the patio and all of our neighbors that come and see it, absolutely love it. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors and would encourage anyone looking for quality work to be done for them to consider Sharper Cut. They are awesome!!!!"

"We hired Bright Construction after hearing several competing quotes for a concrete paver patio and associated drainage. Rui had an answer for all of our questions. Their price was competitive and they seemed to account for all options. They scheduled us promptly - moving us ahead of the expected start of the project. On the actual construction days, Pedro and his team were punctual and professional. When changes in the design and execution came up, or rectifying issues, they were handled well. We would have preferred a bit more communication about when team members would be present, and the project took a bit longer than initially estimated. Regardless, we are extremely pleased with the final result."

"Very professional.  Plumber had a plumbing emergency that delayed scheduled appointment.  He called in advance with estimated rescheduled time.  Followed up again to let me know when he was on the way.  Pleased with the consideration to keep me notified. <br /> Plumber reviewed work to be done.  We wanted the outside faucet replaced, but also wanted the faucet moved to a different location with new shut-off valve and install new copper pipe.  He gave quote upfront for the additional work in addition to the special offer for outside faucet replacement.  The pricing was very fair for the work to be done. <br /> The plumber took off his shoes when entering house.  He covered work area with canvas sheets.  He did a careful job of re-routing pipes to new outside location.  I was very pleased with his care and concern about keeping area clean and cleaning up after his work.  The faucet, shut-off value, routed copper piping and soldiering was done very nicely and professional.  I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. <br />"

"Things were fine until the end. Painters were not very professional. Left trash around my front yard and the painting was not finished in some areas. Main guy handling the job treated me like I was my job was a nuisance. He was too busy to really pay attention. I spent a lot of money, even went over my budget. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. Not a great experience at all. Too bad. I had friends and family who were interested in getting work done."
