"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Gene, Michelle and team did a great job from initial measurements to final installation.  We wanted to update our kitchen that had darker granite countertops and a black ceramic tile backsplash to something that would brighten up the kitchen a lot more.  Gene came by to take measurements and gave us helpful design ideas.  Once we selected our quartz countertops, mosaic tile backsplash, sink and faucet, we scheduled our installation and Gene and his team took over from that point and took care of the rest of the process (demolition, gas reconnect, plumbing, installation, quality control, and clean-up).  They did a quality job and it took two days with a couple follow-up visits to check on things.  Now our kitchen is a lot brighter and more modern looking. <br /> There were only a couple minor issues with spacing of tile around the receptacle boxes, which Gene took care of right away.  I am now able to freely install new switches, outlets and face plates. <br />"
