"Mathew did an excellent job"

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"Effective Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my old and weathered Florida roof. They used high quality materials and at highly competitive price. It was their attention to detail, professionalism, and ultra clean worksite that impressed me the most. They accomplished the job on time. I am 100% satisfied with their work. I would recommend that ANYONE who is considering repairing or replacing their roof, give this company a call."

"Great! Definitely recommend anyone in need of a roofing repair or any type of roof work this is who you want to call!"

"A well-itemized quote was delivered quickly. It was accurate & fair. Work began within two weeks & was completed in five days (both houses), Mr Rytov & his men were excellent - prompt, courteous, professional, tidy & very hard-working, They took great care with details - they cleaned & extended the ridge-vent, replaced rotted wood & replaced all flashing. They replaced the eave metal without any bends or dents. They protected our gardens & hedges - no damage. They also trimmed (at my request) a low-hanging limb that would have damaged the new roof. When a rainstorm popped up, they protected the unfinished roofs. They swept our yards with rakes & magnetic brooms to collect loose nails & debris. Based on this experience, we would recommend them without reservation - we plan to have them re-roof two duplexes that we own. Highest ratings! Five gold stars!"

"Cannot rave enough about Christian and the West Bay team!! I was a little nervous about solar, we had spoken with a few other companies beforehand and didn’t have the best of experiences. Night and day difference talking with Christian! He was extremely knowledgeable and the first guy I’ve spoken to that really understood the product and how everything would work. The installers that came out were also very friendly, professional, and clean. They did a wonderful job installing my new roof and the solar system looks absolutely beautiful. Not to mention my power bill last month was only $14!!! Thank you Christian! Thanks West Bay! You guys are great!!"

"The price came under the quote. They came exactly when they said they would and they kept the area clean and came back twice to pick up roofing nails that landed in the grass. Everyone was polite and cleaned up after having lunch. I was so happy to find someone so honest and hardworking I called him to repair a tile on my house.

"It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."

"Wilber Rogers and his team went above and beyond what was contracted, one of the best jobs I've ever had done on my roof. Very thorough and an acute sense of detail. Would hire them again and will recommend them to everybody that asks and to all my friends. You will not go wrong and at a reasonable price."

"Excellent. They understood what I wanted. They listened to my ideas and they know what I exactly wanted. They didn't change my thoughts or ideas which I appreciated."
