However, keep in mind it's a remodeling project, so you will have some dirt, but nothing you cannot deal with. I also bought the baseboards because the old ones did not make justice to the new floor; I highly recommend to get new baseboards if you are putting new floors. I am very happy with my wood floors and I would recommend Martinez without a hesitating to do hardwood floors."
