The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. "Marlon immediately responded to my e-mail and came out even earlier than he first estimated-- just a few days after we talked. He and his partner looked at my very very steep roof, with very limited access points-- and they kindly decided they could do a repair and maintenance check for me. They replaced a row of shingles and caulked around some of the vents and pipes on one side of the roof that had the wind damage. The communication was excellent, and Marlon texted photos of the leaking areas and vents. He also confirmed that I do need a new roof, showed me more pictures of other areas of the roof that I cannot see from the ground. The pictures were very helpful coming from someone who actually went up to view the entire roof. He offered to send me a bid for roofing options for next spring when I may be ready, and I will definitely consider hiring Marlon and his crew."
