His measurements were precise and the wood (I believe fir and cedar is beautiful). He proactively explained his process, how he worked, any anomalies or unusual things he encountered and always answered my questions. He communicates very well. His work is outstanding and I would hire him again. I chose to stain the deck myself. Patrick spent a lot of time explaining the process of staining, the nuances of different staining products and applicators he recommended.
