I called and talked with Aaron Blanning yesterday and he came to give me an estimate at the time I needed him to on the same day. He said he could come the next morning which was a Saturday. He was on time to both appointments, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this family owned company!"

"I hired i5 Exteriors for a complete deck demo and rebuild, and they ended up contracting out to Almaraz Construction. I was impressed each morning when the crew was there early and ready to start working, and some days they even stayed into the evening. Jose, the owner, was great with communicating to me about timeline and progress. The deck was complete within a week, which was quicker than i5 had originally estimated. When I noticed a few things I wanted changed/fixed, I texted Jose and he was there first thing the next Monday morning to make sure I was happy with every finishing touch. Him and his team were all very friendly and I felt comfortable having them at my home and trusting them with such an expensive project. They even made sure every last nail/screw they could find from the demo was cleaned up so that our yard was safe for our dogs. We are very happy to have a brand new deck right in time to enjoy the summer!"

Ray and his brilliant team made this project simple and non painful. I worked with many contractors and this was my best experience. "Kevin replaced a beam on our side porch as well as some of the cover. He also replaced a few panels of our garage, as well as balances some shelves and smoothed out a stubborn door. "The team at Pure Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have completed two renovations with Pure Home Remodeling and the second one was just recently. They converted our existing master suite to an additional bedroom with walk-in closets, painted the hallway with addition of crown molding and remodeled the patio. In the patio, they did all the hard-scape (fire pit/table and BBQ area). The paperwork from the estimate all the way to the finish of the work, was organized in details and they finished the entire work with a minor delay. Most of the delays happened because there were several issues with the materials that we purchased and they were not in stock. Most project issues that were raised during the work, were handled professionally by our project manager, his team and subcontractors which helped tremendously in solving them quickly and efficiently. We can't be happier with this entire experience with them and mainly with the way this remodeling came out, because we know personally about bad cases where work was not done professionally OR they were abandon in the middle. We are very thankful that our remodeling project went like that."
