"I hired i5 Exteriors for a complete deck demo and rebuild, and they ended up contracting out to Almaraz Construction. I was impressed each morning when the crew was there early and ready to start working, and some days they even stayed into the evening. Jose, the owner, was great with communicating to me about timeline and progress. The deck was complete within a week, which was quicker than i5 had originally estimated. When I noticed a few things I wanted changed/fixed, I texted Jose and he was there first thing the next Monday morning to make sure I was happy with every finishing touch. Him and his team were all very friendly and I felt comfortable having them at my home and trusting them with such an expensive project. They even made sure every last nail/screw they could find from the demo was cleaned up so that our yard was safe for our dogs. We are very happy to have a brand new deck right in time to enjoy the summer!"

"Orlin came out to do an estimate on Monday, and after talking with my neighbor since we had to split the cost, we paid by Wednesday night. The next day Orlin came out with 2 guys and they got to work. I had 3 separate fence areas I need work done on. They finished the job in about 4 hours and they did an excellent job. The fence looked even better and you can tell they used quality material. They cleaned up their work area and left me feeling satisfied that I had spent my money on their service. I will definitely hire Orlin to do future jobs at my house. I discussed other ideas of what I have planned for my house in the future, and I will be hiring Shiny again and will always recommend them to others."
