Though they have some excellent painters, they are inexperienced; you need to be very clear (in writing) about your expectations and give frequent supervision. Be sure they know exactly what you expect to have painted, whether the trim and cupboards need painting, whether outlet covers need to be removed, and where they should clean their brushes. I truly want these young people to succeed, and I intended to give them a 4-star rating; but, after I paid them, I found a few places that needed fixing."
