We made an appointment, and he came this morning to specify and price the job, which was to pave the driveway and the carport, both of which were dirt surface. His price was quite agreeable, and he returned with his crew a few hours later to perform the job. We talked about a few of the details as the paving work was being done: Slanting the pavement away from the house, with careful attention to the paving against the house, so as to avoid any possibility of getting water in the basement, and paving right up to, and just under the front steps.
