They even provided sone minor fixes to some outside concrete items free of charge which saved from having to call out another crew for additional work. I highly recommend R. "Extremely disappointed with the work Woodford Brothers did in my basement. They did waterproofing for me a couple of years ago, and when they dug and re-poured the concrete around the perimeter of my basement, they left the floor with a significant and uneven slope. I didn?t notice how bad it was right away because I?ve been slowly saving up and doing small projects over time to turn the space into a playroom. Once I finally started bringing in professionals to move forward, the issues became impossible to ignore. The slope is so severe that I can?t get flooring installers to lay carpet, and shelving can?t safely sit against the wall without leaning ? which is a serious safety hazard since this room is meant for my two-year-old. I?ve called the company multiple times and was told I?d receive call-backs, but no one follows up. No real solution has been offered, and they?ve shown no willingness to fix the problem. "

The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. His work is high quality, and he communicated with us clearly about the progress of the projects. Brian spotted a couple other small areas in our kitchen from an unrelated stalled project (unfinished corners between drywall sections; a sealed-off electrical outlet box), and offered to complete those for us, which was really helpful and generous. He's also great with dogs. :) As a heads up, Brian is in high demand and so there was a long wait-time between signing his quote and when he was able to schedule us in.
