"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical. "Called Burke and Sons to replace a ruptured how water heater, they were prompt in getting over but not much else was good. Two very young guys came over and did the work. They were not very professional but the job got done, so I didn't really care. I never really check the area where the heater is, and today I was in that closet and it's a mess. One of the vent pipes seems to have a leak and there is a bit of mold on the floor underneath the tank. The previous tanks in that spot had been there for almost 20 years with no such issues. Also, since it was urgent, no hot water, I didn't get prices which was also a mistake. My neighbor (condo complex) needed a new tank about a month later but got prices before having the work done and paid about 850.00 for the exact same setup that cost me 1150.00. I actually ran into the guy bringing his tank in and I stopped to talk to him and he was amazed at how much I paid, and asked if there was an office where he could leave his card. He figured he woud get a lot of business, being that much cheaper."
