"Bottom line we are very satisfied. Here's the whole story:
The weather on Cape Cod has changed in the 40+ years since the house was built and air conditioning --which we would never have considered in the past--now seems like more of a necessity. The house has a lot of glass sliding doors, very little wall space, no attic, and no crawl spaces. We called in a few people, including Carl Tucci of All Phases to provide ideas and estimates.
Carl was very responsive and came across as highly experienced. He suggested two ductless split units and provided confidence that they would be sufficient to get the job done. Other contractors suggested more expansive and comprehensive solutions that were beyond our budget and would have caused more disruption than we wanted.
After agreeing on the approach with Carl we met with his installers. They came up with a clever way to fit one of the units above the laundry room door where it did not appear there was adequate head space. Basically they shortened the door to make room for the unit. This allowed us to get the air flowing down the hall, which we wanted and reduced the disruption to the living space from the installation.
We were confident enough in All Phases that we agreed to have them do the work in the offseason when we were not around. They emailed me photos of the installation as they performed it.
When we came back at the start of the summer the units weren't working properly. I contacted Carl and he got right back to me. He sent a technician to inspect and repair the units and they have been running great ever since.
The work is neat and professional. I recommend All Phases wholeheartedly.

"George called back right away and showed up the next morning. I had a few quick fixes and repairs (leaks, pipe + fixture replacement). He was very knowledgeable and qualified. Work was excellent. Price was high/premium but this was on a Sunday during a holiday weekend so I can't really complain. Great plumber is you have an emergency and care more about reliability and quality over savings."

He examined all three and found that one had a problem that would prevent us from adjusting the temperature. I thought, we'd have to schedule another appointment but we got lucky that he had time to do that repair as well!
