"Ace Appliance was very professional, start to finish. Claudia was professional in reserving our appointment and was able to get a technician out within a day. They assigned a 4 hour window for our service. However, they have a text system that alert us when Albert was en route which makes it very efficient for me to plan my time. Albert was here on-time and was courteous. He seemed to be very familiar with our refrigerator. In the past, we've had technicians who seemed a bit stumped as we have an LG. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it onsite (involved having to unload the freezer and clean out the ice as the fan access was inside in the back of the freezer). He left the work area clean and was out within about 45 minutes. I also got a text with my receipt, Alberts picture, and all the details of the job. Very professional and I would definitely use Ace again."

"I had a dryer that wouldn't start. The dryer is about a dozen years old, so I was assuming that repair could be a bit of a pricey proposition. I had some problems booking an appointment online so I did it the old fashioned way and called in. I was able to get an afternoon appointment a couple of days later. The diagnosis didn't take long; within about a half hour, the repairman had completely taken the dryer apart, tested every item and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a blown motor and bearing; not a cheap repair. He clearly explained the problem, told me what it would cost to repair and gave me a chance to think about what I wanted to do. I decided to make the repair. He ordered the parts and said that the dispatcher would make a new appointment once the parts came in. A few days later, I got a call and a new appointment date. The repair was done relatively quickly and professionally. The repairman was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. No upsells; just an honest diagnosis and assessment of the problem. I would absolutely hire this company again to repair an appliance."
