"I recently had a warranty repair on my Samsung refrigerator done by AML Service. Maria, the office dispatcher, was fantastic. There was an issue with the serial number on Samsung's end, but Maria went above and beyond to get everything authorized. Communication throughout the process was excellent - they kept me updated on the status and timing of the service call. Honestly, AML's service was so impressive that I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future appliance repairs, even if it wasn't covered under warranty.
