"My first contact with the company started with Denise upon my initial phone call.  I explained to her my problem and she described the service they could provide and the costs.  An appointment was scheduled for the upcoming Saturday between 9 and 12.  The day before the appointment Denise called to tell me that my appointment would be closer to noon since Jose the technician would be in a different area for his first two appointments.  I appreciated the call as it allowed me to not be tied to my home for the first part of the morning.   <br /> Jose called 20-30 minutes before his arrival, as Denise said he would, and he arrived within the designated time.  <br /> I accompanied Jose into the attic to look over the unit.  He has been with the company for 15 years and clearly knows his stuff.  He patiently answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing and why.  After checking the unit and the ducts and clearing the condensate line, he checked the operation of the a/c unit, the fan and all registers.  He also checked freon levels and connections.  Jose was extremely thorough.  Jose proposed some reasons for the leak (it occurred once) since the culprit was not found (my a/c continued has worked seamlessly since the leak).  I appreciated his honesty and the benefit of his experience. <br /> Jose presented me with an invoice for the price I discussed with his office and he honored my Angie's List coupon.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The service was great. We did have a couple of glitches but it was out of their control. We had to work with a bateman company. They got in touch with the company and had them come out. They cleared out the asbestos and we were going to have the bateman work done that same day. However, that company said they should wait another day. As side from that, everything has worked out well. I have not used the air conditioner but the heating is working great. We have noticed a significant reduction in our energy bill."
