"Mario came down as scheduled and investigated the issue and diagnosed the compressor was failing. He advised us to try and claim warranty with GE but otherwise look at a new refrigerator. He could have replaced the compressor for $800. but since that was over half way to a new unit he recommended buying something new. While the sting of losing my investment in a 2 year old refrigerator hurts I am very thankful that there are still honest repairmen out there that can shoot straight with you even if it isn't in there own economic interest. He will be my go to recommendation for anyone who is looking for appliance repairs or even advice."
