"Install was long as a result of previous location of soft water system that kept freezing and eventually broke down a few years back. The tankless lpg water heater and the new soft water system were installed in a corner in our 3 car garage. Same location as the 50 gallon water heater which was removed. The job required quite a bit of new plumbing routing and terminations. Plus the pedestal the old water heater sat on had to be ripped out. Am very happy with the over all cost of the project. We were initially set to pay $2000.00 from a big box store for just the water heater intall, and that price was just for the installers to show up.
