"I am not happy with them.  It was a positive and negative experience.  He did a great job installing the floors.  He went back to the store to buy me extra parts for the floors.  He left one part undone.  I just moved here and I asked him if he could install the appliances.  He said sure he could do, but he never returned my phone calls and I had to get somebody else.  I tried to contact him several times and he just blew me off straight away.  I have one piece of the floor not there and it is very very minor.  I wanted someone doing the complete job.  If he could have told me then I would have gone to the store and got it, but he was done with me.  He seemed honest, but very casual."
