Lianro took care of everything from an estimate that was fair and was not exceeded, getting the permit and inspection, tearing off & disposing of the old roof, the construction of a new roof line (thanks Bruce) and installing the new roof.  <br /> They had a dumpster brought out for disposing of all the trash and did a very nice job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. "We had Dave out for a solar quote and he also offered to check our roof. He said our roof looked alright. Two months later after the July hailstorm we had him back out to check and we needed a new roof. We decided to go with a class 4 slate shingle and are very happy with the color and strength of our new roof. Everyone from the ladies in the office, the roofers and Dave was professional. "They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."
