The adjuster was doing his best to deny my claim but Mike continued to fight for me. At the end the adjuster awarded us nearly 20 thousand dollars. I alerted my neighbors to the fact that we had had a hailstorm in the middle of the night. Not a single neighbor even knew they had damage. Mike helped dozens and dozens of my neighbors get new roofs and siding that without Mike their eligibility was about to expire. I don't know the total number of people that benefitted from Mike and ProCrafters but I think it was close to 100. We had a derecho shortly after he had replaced all those roofs and not one of the roofs he replaced lost a shingle. Other roofs that had been replaced had to be replaced again.
