They did a 10 foot repair on my driveway after it had to be dug up, they installed burgundy brisk bullnose the length of the property retaining wall, and did matching brick on my fire pit and seat wall. It came out fantastic! The crew was here on time, cleaned up each day, and did an incredible job! I am so pleased! I will definitely be using Kyle and Sandstone Construction again!"

"The crew did a great job. It took a week to finish due to some rain. The price was fair, as I compared it to several other contractors. They were not the lowest ones, but definitely not the highest ones. Roger was always available over the phone. The crew and leader, Juan, were very professional and courteous. I'd recommend them for sure."

"During the course of the work, the contractor recommended that the scope of the project (excavating a foundation and installing a short retaining wall) be reduced, but we could not agree on an equitable reduction in the price. Another issue that may or may not count on your project: the crew likes to talk and smoke while working. After the initial session, the contractor was late and/or failed to show or call on a couple occasions. Contracts are not a strength, you need to have your calculator handy and watch the documentation, particularly if the job has changes. Clean-up is not a forte. On the other hand, they are a happy crew and are capable of hard work once they are on the job."

"I am very pleased with the back-yard patio Conrad and his crew installed. Cost was very competitive. Timeline for project was very close to original estimate. Conrad was very helpful in helping us make final design decisions, especially on picking the paver block style and color. He also promptly addressed all of me concerns, even though they were mostly minor. His crew also worked with me to get the final outline of the patio, with many curves. Del Mar Landscaping is definitely on the top of my list for any future landscaping work."

"I met him at my house and he cut the volunteer tree. He wanted to give me two quotes. One to put gas on the stump and the other to NOT put gas on the stump. I thought that was weird but I didn't listen to my gut. I found out afterwards how seriously he overcharged me. I KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME. I have to write this to women. Ladies, please make sure your husband or boyfriend or a man is dealing with this guy. I'm a woman and I should have had my boyfriend deal with him. I KNOW BETTER NEXT TIME AND WITH THE NEXT CONTRACTOR I WILL DEFINATELY GET OTHER QUOTES NO MATTER WHAT. Also, I asked him to look at my irrigation because I thought there was a break somewhere. He checked the automatic system and watched for low pressure. He said that there was none but I kept trying to show him where I knew the break was and he said "there is no break". A few days later, my husband and I watched the irrigation cycle thru each section and located the break. What lesson learnt? Find an expert and ask them.....We will be using someone from Angie's List for this repair AFTER getting 2 or more quotes.....Lesson leaned and more wisdom for the next time....."
