"I've got a 112 year old hose that is pretty solid, but it had a cracked floor joist and part of the flooring wasn't properly supported. I hired Kristian and his team to install a couple of lally columns to support a carrying beam and sister a couple of floor joists. Many contractors wouldn't even return my call because I wasn't looking to complete a huge remodel job, but Kristian came over, gave me a fair verbal estimate on the spot, and worked with me on timing to complete the project. Not only that, but the solution wasn't overly complicated. The job was straightforward, completed exactly as described in the time described, and there was no scope creep. "Our 39 year old house has been transformed! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. "It went amazing! We also went ahead and did our roof(with a different company) and while the work for on the roof was good, the customer service was terrible. We immediately regretted not using Power for our roof replacement! The sales team at Power was honest and upfront, with no pressure sales, compared to other companies we talked with such as People's Home Remodeling(highly recommend avoiding this company, the meeting was TERRIBLE!!! and they lied about sales tactics and who knows what else). Power on the other hand was AMAZING!! The sales person we spoke to, Jeremy, was absolutely fantastic. The products matched what he promised and the installation team was prompt, worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. They even pointed out some glue that was on one of the windows, a small smudge that I did not even notice, and had a new window sent out and installed to replace it. Honestly it was something I would not complain about, but since they offered it I said hey why not? Power will be our choice going forward with home projects such as our siding which we hope to get soon. Oh and the price? PHENOMENAL! We took advantage of their special offers and were able to get a price nearly half of what other similar companies, such as the aforementioned Peoples, were offering, and with none of the games those other companies pulled.
