He installed flooring throughout the home; updated bathrooms including installing new floor beams; sub floor; vinyl plank flooring; cabinet and sink and repaired around tub. He is very dependable; fair in his pricing and high integrity - he does what he says he will do. Shane also can help with plumbing and exterior property work. "Guy Brothers was a subcontractor for the project. The job site was an active residence with pets, but the job site was left a mess with nails, metal shards, insulation, and other construction debris every day. Workers left food scraps and containers in the yard. Underlayer board precision was fair. Did not replace the rotten siding under the main electrical panel; this was a decision of the primary contractor and not of Guy Brothers. Minimal cleanup after the project was finished."

"William Stewart called me the same evening I put in the request on Home Advisor. We setup an appointment and William arrived on time. William was very helpful by explaining the stucco repair process and the best way to resolve our issues. My job consisted of replacing two sections of stucco, resurfacing the entire area, and painting the entire area. The work crew arrived on time for the days scheduled to perform the work. It took three days to complete the work which included final touchup items. The finished result looks great and matches the other areas of my home that are stucco.
