I insisted on proof of Liability & Worker Comp Insurance, and licensing. I verified each with the State. I insisted on 3-4 addresses previously roofed to verify. I wanted Ridge & O'Hagin roof vents, & a solar attic fan. Waterproof Roofing modified the contract to reflect the changes requested. They tore off old roof, cleaned up and hauled away debris, and installed the roof exactly how I expected. Sal is one of the best roofer I've ever worked with.
