"I called the office and an appointment was made for the next day. Dave and Dale called the house about 15 minutes before they arrived. One man cleaned the dryer vent and the other the chimney. They were both very courteous, professional, and confident in their work. They were informative and explained what they were doing and also helped us interpret the level of build-up that was present.
