"Not all that good. You had a follow up thing which was rigged so that there was no way to answer the question correctly, so that's why I didn't give you a follow up before. I called for this $39 tune up I got sold a replacement of the springs. Well the springs was broken that's fine of course I would have called her out and got other prices had I had not had a sales man in my face pushing me to do this for $700 which Sears did for $360 it turns out. So I was not real happy with it now of course he did put in the deluxe spring and I looked that up on the web and that was about $60 extra ?so the Sears job would have been over $400 but that's still less than $700 and I didn't have an opportunity to call around with this guy there giving me that so I wasn't real happy with the deal. He did the job competently all of that was competently done so I was happy with that but I wasn't happy with paying $700 for a $400 job."

"Apollo and his team installed laundry room cabinets and a bath vanity for us several months ago and we were so pleased with the work they did that we hired them again to replace another vanity and add under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. It appears they stopped taking my phone calls and or answering emails weeks ago. I even left two phone messages on Thomas's phone the other partner. He never returned my calls either. <br /> Dan, one of the partners took my call in the last month when I used a friends phone with caller ID to call them two weeks ago. On the speaker phone that could be heard by others in the room. At that call I made, on my friends phone Dan assured me the latest it would be repaired was by today. Then he continued to ignore my emails and my calls asking for a day they would come fix the problem. <br /> I would not have hired them for another job if I knew they would run me around NEVER fixing what is wrong and <br /> they promise time and time again to fix. Also the door they installed is separating near the window panel area. Recently one of my emails requested while they were here to please caulk and touch up paint it. This was never answered or addressed either. <br />  I found this company on Angie's List <br /> This company Never fixed the problem they saw and agreed to fix.  <br /> This company Never even once tried to come over to fix. <br />"

"Individual who came out to get estimate was timely and friendly.  Good communication through e-mail and phone up until day of start.  There was no mention from the company that I had to be present when work began.  When the crew arrived to begin work, the lead called me and wanted details of what he was supposed to do.  It seemed as though he had no idea where to begin which was a surprise to me since I explained everything in detail to the estimator.  All the work was also detailed in the estimate.  I asked the lead to call his boss to ask about the details which seemed to go OK. <br /> Overall, the work was acceptable.  They did not replace some of the siding we agreed upon in the estimate, which was not disclosed to me fully.  I had to ask them.  They stated it was not replaced since the siding was not rotten.  Estimate is the estimate and I am sure that if any additional work was needed they would have charged me more.  Finally, they agreed to take some off the final price.  I guess it did leave negative thoughts from the entire experience that they were not forthcoming. <br /> There were a few minor issues that I should have asked them to fix but didn't.  They did not replace the window trim in the same design as the rest of the house.  Also, I should have inspected their work a little more closely.  To be fair, the company did ask if everything was acceptable and I said yes.  There were a few pieces of siding that were not flush that I had to fix on my own. <br /> The exterior painting and caulking was really good.  No complaints there. <br /> Overall, I am glad the project is over and the previous wood rot is gone.  I could have done a better job myself with more attention to detail, but the wall was too high and required more than one person.  If you do choose this company, I would be present when they initially start the work to explain what should be done.  Also, please inspect the work closely after they are done and ask them to fix. <br />"

David and his wife have gone above and beyond our expectation and we highly recommend them for any project. All work has been done to our satisfaction and all sub contract work has been closely monitored by David. He is also very diligent in acquiring the best price even if it means taking his time to meet with several people for bids. In addition his rates are reasonable and fair. They have been very easy to work with and have been great about working with our time schedule in terms of doing things gradually at our pace. They were also helpful in the planning process bringing expertise of construction and design to help in decision process.
