"We contacted Zsolt as well as two other granite companies for estimates.  <br /> Zsolt arrived at our home within 48 hours, examined the scope of the project, took some preliminary measurements, showed some samples and presented an estimate.  His price quote was not the least expensive, but his discussion of how the work would be done, and suggested modifications in the layout immediately convinced us that he would provide the highest quality service at the fairest, reasonable cost.  We were NOT disappointed!!!  <br /> Four days after Zsolt's first visit, Robert, Zsolt's associate, template maker, and installer showed up.  He performed his work in a timely, pleasant and efficient manner.  <br /> A few days later we were contacted by Allison, who told us that the granite was cut and ready for installation, DAYS in advance of when we expected!!  We agreed on an installation date, and on that day, Robert and Alberto showed up ready to perform the work!  Both men were courteous and efficient.  The old counters were removed without disturbing the special backsplash that I had installed a few years earlier, and the new counters were installed sealed, polished in less than a full day.  All of the debris was cleaned up and carried away.  These workmen KNOW their business, and aim to please.  It was truly a pleasure to deal with this company, and I can heartily recommend them, without any reservation! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The crew (Bair and Jesse) did a great job. They had a couple of helpers with the demo, but the installation was done by just these two. It's pretty clear that these guys have done a lot of countertops. A good bit of field work was required to get nice square joints and smooth edges, and they handled everything professionally. They were also very personable and easy to work with. There were a few rough edges from the demolition, and these guys went to extra trouble to fix these, including a piece of casing to cover a rough edge left in a wall under the countertop. They coordinated with their plumber Jesse, who came as they were finishing to give us a working sink, and his work was up to the same high standard. We are very pleased with the countertop, and I would recommend Smart Stone to anyone considering a countertop."

"After buying this Big Deal and receiving word from Mike I notified him that I would be out of the country until after the 10th of December and would contact him when I was ready for the service to be performed. After I returned to my home and the Christmas Holidays with family and then the visit from the flu I did contact him the end of January beginning of February and a date was set up for the cleaning. Brandon was the nice young man that did the cleaning. The following day I noticed several deep swirl-like black marks on the living room carpet so I contacted Mike. There was a little mis-communication between Mike and myself and Brandon ended coming back twice to redo the carpets. The mis-communication was on MY part and I had thought that after I told Mike about the black spots that he was coming out for an inspection when it was Brandon coming out to redo the carpets.
