They have all of the necessary equipment and workforce to handle a big job. They really knew exactly what they were doing and it was a pleasure to watch them work. Our tree was fairly close to our house and completely surrounded by extensive shrubbery, so a crane was used to lift all the limbs safely away from everything. The whole process ran like a well-oiled machine. The crew communicates via headsets and work really well together as a team. After they finished cleaning up everything, you couldn't tell that they had even been there (other than the missing tree). No damage to my yard, driveway, road, or irrigation. I am a perfectionist, and I was truly impressed by the job they did. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services."

"2nd time using Kyle and his crew at La Disaster Relief. I contacted him by phone and he came and immediately gave me a complete written estimate for the work I was interested in. A date time was scheduled thru Samantha. The crew called when the were on the way. They arrived on time and removed the dead tree which was located very close to my house and in a tight area, all within 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up the yard by picking up all stray branches, raking and even used a blower to clean the street where some of the chips had fallen. Like I said, 2nd time using them and would highly recommend them."

"Responded to my call quickly and came out the next day for a free estimate-called to let me know he was running late and came when he said he would. Estimate was very fair-this was a big job.  Scheduled work for the following day and he came right at the agreed time. Was very professional and friendly and he gave me some helpful pointers. "While he was trimming tree branches that were over my house a piece fell and chipped my siding. This was not fixed. My hedge is a total mess. He did do a good job with cutting trees and grinding but the no response I've received has been frustrating. Never pay a job in full until all work is performed. I paid an additional $200 to the $4,800 agreed upon to have my hedge trimmed and it looks like a 5 year old trimmed it. So uneven. They also cracked a stepping stone but the worst is the chipped siding piece and saying they would fix today and never did. I watched them drive right past me from my neighbors house that they received that work from working at my home. It took them over a week to finish the stump grinding. I'm very disappointed with this company. Very lax and do not get in a hurry to do the work nor do they fix what they damage."
