"Called and left messages for over a month to get them to resolve issues. Finally had to go to their office to get someone to talk to me. There was a 1" gap at the back chimney that you could see through from the attic. They assured my wife the flashing had been installed correctly but they would fix. Asked that they check the flashing on the other chimneys which they assured us they did but now have leak in into my bedroom. I will be calling another contractor to fix their poor workmanship."

"Their sales pitch was top notch! The follow through was abhorent! I actually hired this "pro" from Angi so based on this experience I won't be looking to Angi for any more pros. FIRST, as seen in two of the pictures attached, I have leaks/water stains in my ceiling AFTER my $14K roof installation. I called Cap City(Rob, Sean,Chandler) for almost 2 months before Sean stopped by on his way somewhere else with 2 workers who stayed for about 5 minutes to put on a top for roof boot I found in my yard months after the roof install. No one bothered to tell me IF all the leaks were fixed and when they were coming to repair the damage to my ceiling. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven't heard anything. SECOND, they removed some exclusion wiring from roof during the installation that I told them I just had done and needed to be either or avoided or replaced during roof installation. That was not done PROPERLY and now I have to pay another $1K to get that done again by professionals"
