"Pablo is the best contractor I have ever hired in my life (age 67). He gave reasonable estimates in a extremely professional way. His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. My bathroom belongs in a design magazine. In the lifetime I have left, I will hire Pablo and Simplicity Construction for any construction job for everything this house needs. He is also a terrific guy. On time, within budget, beautiful work, friendly and dependable work. What else is left?"

"He always does great work and takes pride and what he does"

"It was great. They were very professional. They painted 5 rooms and I never had problems."

"The initial walkthrough was great following with a very fair Quote and the quality of work was amazing. Got my deck stained & my exterior repainted and all under one week! Very time efficient"

"Absolutely amazing!! DJ was very helpful I showed him pics of the exact bathroom layout and finished product I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure my expectations where fully met 100% I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any type of renovation work!!!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Was a great experience. Dwayne was kind and very efficient. Loyal to his customer and his work. Would recommend this business to anyone in need of timely and superior work."

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.
